Deep yellow in colour, dandelion honey is compact to the eye and stands out for its creamy graininess. Aroma: intense, particularly saturated with balsamic, floral and spicy notes of ripe fruit. Taste: intense nuances of flowers, floral wax with typical honey notes. Intense citrus notes follow, and fresh fruit and balsamic spicy notes of vanilla persist.
