Aged italian white Caciotta, a cheese from a high value production
The aged italian white caciotta cheese is a valuable production, which only comes from the use of fresh and raw milk from Friesian and Italian brown cattle. This is the basis of all the fine caciotta cheese production of the Graffigana dairy and farm.
The white caciotta represents the taste for simplicity. It can be paired with sweet or savory jams, honey or salami. It is also a perfect pizza topping.
The Graffignana farm is a totally artisanal company but subjected to the most rigorous quality and health controls. For four generations the breeding of dairy cattle has been carried on and the whole production process takes place at 0 km, in a totally genuine way.
