Lime tree honey from Piacenza: spicy and velvety scents

Characterised by a more saturated yellow colour than Acacia, linden honey evolves into a velvety white paste, similar to cocoa butter. The nose brings spicy, vanilla and delicate balsamic hints. On the palate, this honey brings dried fruit and floral notes, with subtle hints of undergrowth.
