Of high olfactory intensity, chestnut honey is characterised by saturated reflections and its permanent softness to the touch. Complex aroma, with hints of toast and caramel followed by floral and fruit notes, both fresh and dried. On the palate, notes of floral wax with delicately bitter, balsamic and undergrowth notes, spiced with vanilla.
