The white Malvasia DOC of Piacenza hills “travolgente” is a dry sparkling wine with a light body.
The aromas are aromatic and floral, with hints of exotic fruit in the background
Excellent for aperitifs or throughout the meal, it is an ideal match with fish dishes, seafood and delicate risottos, with vegetable creams or with pumpkin-based dishes.
