Tuna sauce with Mayo: ready, fresh and appetizing
The tuna sauce with fresh mayonnaise, for an appetizing snack, ready for any occasion.
Produced with only selected raw materials, it contains tuna, capers, anchovies and white wine. This special mix of flavours comes from the late 1800’s when thin slices of veal meat were seasoned with a mixture of those ingredients.
No thickeners or chemical additives are added to the sauce: the result is a creamy and compact sauce preserving all its natural aromas.
Characterized by the typical aroma of tuna, it is perfect for the preparation of “vitello tonnato”, excellent for aperitifs with vegetables, ideal to accompany second courses (sliced meats).

Sunflower oil, pasteurized egg mixture, 10% yellofine tuna ((Thunnus albacares 70%), olive oil, allergen salt: FISH), wine vinegar, capers 1% (capers, water, wine vinegar, salt, antioxidant: residual sulfur dioxide), anchovies (fish allergen) 1%, white wine, sugar, salt, lemon juice (100% lemon juice), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sorbic acid. It may contain traces of mustard.
