Chopped vegetables in extra virgin olive oil: the taste of vegetables in a traditional side dish
The vegetable mix in olive oil from “Erbucchio”changes between seasons, as per tradition.
The summer version contains the products of summer: zucchini, carrots, peppers, Tropea onion, beets, cucumbers, beets, celery and purple carrots.
The vegetables cooked in sweet and sour sauce are preserved in extra virgin olive oil from Emilia Romagna.
An always different and very delicate mix to rediscover the taste of this traditional preparation. Piacenza’s farmers families used to use this special preparation to store vegetables all year long, in fact this preparation, if kept closed, can last up until 18 months.
The Erbucchio farm produces vegetables and other specialties, grown in synergistic, organic and wild agriculture.
