Italian Puttanesca ready-made and Bio sauce
The popular puttanesca ready-made sauce of the Mediterranean tradition. This sauce, ready to be used as pasta or risotto dressing, is the result of a slow cooking of top quality certified biodynamic ingredients.
In an extra-virgin olive oil base the garlic is browned with black pepper, to which are added very fine Pantelleria capers, black olives and tomato puree, thus creating a sauce that respects the traditional italian recipe.
