Pinot Nero IGT Lo Straniero: aged in barriques for 12 months
The Pinot Nero Perticato le Giastre comes from the fine Pinot Noir and Pinot Tintourier grapes.
This wine is left to macerate for 36 hours, and fermented with the use of selected yeasts.
Finally, after the fermentation period, the wine is aged in barriques for 9 months.
The result is a ruby red color wine, with a noble and elegant flavor, which fills the mouth with fruit and spices.
At the end, sweet tannins and a varietal aroma with hints of marasca cherry and red fruit jam.
To be served at room temperature (around 18 degrees) it is the perfect match for your soups, for white meat dishes or aged cheeses.

Cold prefermentative maceration for 36 hours, then
fermentation in steel tanks at a temperature of 22° with selected
yeasts. Malolactic fermentation before winter.
