Handmade italian “Giardiniera”: a mix of delicious sweet and sour pickled vegetables. Peppers, carrots, celery, onions, cauliflowers and green beans, joined together in an explosion of taste, fresh and genuine , preserved in vacuum-sealed glass jars.
From Cascina Pizzavacca, a typical preparation of the territory. Hand-cut vegetables, cooked and preserved with a special process that has been handed down through generations. The Giardiniera can be kept for many months in its own sweet and sour liquid, which gives it a unique taste.
To combine with cured meats and cheeses, but also perfect eaten alone, on a slice of bread.
