Vegetable Basil Pesto with Mozzarisella: the taste of pesto, without compromise
This is a delicious 100% VEGETABLE condiment prepared with selected ingredients, all from organic farming. A creamy and original sauce prepared with more than 60% certified fresh Ligurian basil and Mozzarisella®, a fresh vegetable alternative based on sprouted wholegrain rice. It is one of the very few pestos in Italy with a shelf life of 24 months, it is unpasteurised and can be stored outside the fridge thanks to PH control and the activity of the water in the leaves. A culinary pleasure that preserves tradition, but with a fresh and innovative recipe.
