Italian white wine IGT “Colto Vitato” by Romagnoli: 100% Ortrugo grapes
The Ortrugo IGT “Colto Vitato della Filanda”, is a very pleasant Italian sparkling white wine created by Romagnoli, from grapes characterized by a “special terroir”.
With a straw yellow color, typical of this local wine, comes up with floral notes, with a consistent fragrance that intertwines with mineral notes.
This wine owes its name “ortrugo” to a local term meaning “other grapes”, and was initially a second choice grape, which was never vinified alone. In recent years, the quality of Ortrugo has increased exponentially, becoming one of the most popular Piacenza wines.
To be served fresh, at a temperature of about 10 degrees, and goes perfectly from appetizers to desserts: you can enjoy it with savory pies, with pasta dishes, with fish, or combined with your desserts.

Structure of the ground: Sub-alcaline ground, lightly calcareous.
Trees disposal: 4000 trees/ha.
Pruning: cordon spurred.
Serving temperature: 10°C.
Alcoholic strenght: 13% vol.
Bottle: Burgundy Impero bottle 0,75 liters.
Production: 50 Q.li/Ha.
Winemaking: Pellicular cryomaceration for 48 hours. Fermentation is made
with selected yeasts at a temperature of 16-18° C. At the end of the fermentation
wine completes its maturation in stainless steel-tank. In the end light
