Italian Cacciatore salami: Cacciatorino dell’Alfiere
The Italian Cacciatore salami, once known as Cacciatorino why easily transportable in the saddlebags of hunters, is an Italian salami with small sized.
The Cacciatorino dell’Alfiere salami has a soft consistency, sweet taste of good meat, fresh and slightly spicy aroma.
The minced meat used comes from fresh national pork.
When cut, the salami has a bright red / pink color in the lean parts and white in the mixed ones, medium grain.
Salamino dell’Alfiere is perfect consumed as it is, often sliced by hand, after removing the skin.
