Gutturnio DOC Italian red sparkling Wine Fox Trot

Gutturnio DOC is an Italian dry red and slightly sparkling Wine.

Fox Trot, is a medium-bodied sparkling wine: with fruity and floral aromas with notes of Rose and Violet, and a spicy background.

It goes perfectly with typical Piacenza cured meats and first courses, such as lasagne, but also with grilled and boiled meats.

The production area of ​​the Gutturnio DOC is divided into several districts. Obtained from the Barbera and Croatina vines, the production is allowed only in the province of Piacenza.
