The garlic cream of the Erbucchio farm is prepared with Piacenza garlic, extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice and salt. Few ingredients, enhancing the flavor of garlic.
This garlic cream is perfect as a base for bruschetta and for tasty hot croutons, but it is also perfect as a base for sauces. Just put half a teaspoon of cream in the pot in which you will prepare the sauce for your pasta to have all the aroma of Piacenza garlic in your dish.
Azienda Agricola Erbucchio is a Biodiversity friendly farm. All preparations follow the seasonality of fruits and vegetables, therefore some products are available only in a certain period. The use of vacuum sealed jars do not require any kind preservatives or pectin. The aromatic herbs are hand picked and selected.
