Ready made Courgette pasta sauce with tomato puree
This ready-made Courgette pasta sauce is the result of a slow cooking of top quality certified biodynamic ingredients. The careful selection of ingredients and slow cooking make this sauce particularly delicate, thanks to the presence of courgettes, and therefore make it perfect to accompany egg pasta or to whip up a risotto in a different way.
Onions, carrots and celery are fried in an extra-virgin olive oil base, then the previously grilled courgettes are added, followed by the tomato puree enriched with black pepper.
