Corn Flour for an easy and instant italian polenta: ready in few minutes!
This pre-cooked corn flour is great for making an instant and traditional italian Polenta in just 10 minutes.
For 5 – 6 people, just bring 2 liters of water to a boil and pour the content of the bag. Keep stirring for 10 minutes, and you’ll obtain a perfect Polenta, to be poured in a baking dish and seasoned as desired, to rediscover all the flavors of italian tradition.
Polenta is excellent to be enjoyed with stringy cheeses, tomato sauces and meat sauces.
Instant polenta cornmeal is certified vegan.
The corn used for the production of flour comes only from the Piacenza area.
