Chickpea flour: stone ground
This special chickpea flour is ground monthly, so that it is always freshly made and perfectly preserved.
The nutritional properties of the chickpeas and their fragrance are therefore preserved.
The chickpea flour from the Erbucchio farm is deliberately less fine than the commercial ones, resulting more full-bodied.
It is useful for all uses, from the preparation of biscuits to the typical farinata Genoese, have fun preparing it in different ways!
Azienda Agricola Erbucchio is a Biodiversity friendly company. All products follow the seasonality of crops, and therefore are available only at certain times of the year. The use of vacuum allows you to create a product that does not require preservatives or pectin. The aromatic herbs are hand picked and selected.

Keep in a cool and dry place. The chickpea flour can be kept for 6 months from the date of grinding. If you order this product, you will receive the most recent batch of grind. Flour is ground once a month.
