FILLING INGREDIENTS: (50%): Stracotto (50% on the filling, 25% on the finished product) (beef, onion,
carrot, celery, red wine, sunflower oil, salt, garlic, nutmeg, natural flavors),
grated cheese (MILK, rennet, salt, preservative: lysozyme from EGGS), breadcrumbs
(soft wheat flour type “0”, yeast, salt), whole wheat potato granules, meat stock
(beef, onion, carrot, celery, red wine, sunflower oil, salt, garlic,
nutmeg, natural flavors), natural flavors, nutmeg, preservative: E200 (sorbic acid).
