Who among us would not like to eat fresh and high quality products but often do not have time to cook? We offer you a recipe where the selection of raw materials is meticulous and does not require preparation because Riverfrut thinks of everything. All you have to do is enjoy this healthy pea, quinoa and lentil soup.

Let’s talk about the “La Super” vegetable soup produced by the Riverfrut farm in Rivergaro.


In “La super” we find a mix of proteins with quinoa, lentils, peas and it only needs to be heated in the microwave or in a pot.

Microwave by removing the protective film and heating the contents for 2 minutes at 800 watts

In a saucepan, heating over low heat until the desired temperature is reached.

This quinoa, pea and lentil soup is 100% vegetable, without preservatives and milk, therefore suitable for any diet for a single dish to be enjoyed at home or in the office!
To make it even tastier, we suggest you try it with the squares of aromatic herbs from the Erbucchio farm, tasty artisan snack crackers with wholemeal seed flour, which blend well with the ingredients in the soup.
